Weekly Workout Recap

Good workout week this week, I don't know how to chart my classes on the site so sometimes it looks slimmer than it should.

Monday April 22nd- Went for a quick run outside in the neighborhood. First mile was under 12 min. Then went to spinning with Tom tonight at the gym. I think I am getting better at spinning and building leg strength. 5 activity points earned.

Tuesday April 23rd- Decided to go get Hot Dogs after work instead of working out. Bad I know, but who could resist a Chicago dog??

Wednesday April 24th- Lifted weights before going to Latin Heat with Bridget. 7 activity points earned.

Thursday April 25th- Spinning with Tom again, I almost got a private lesson but then a few more ladies showed up for class. Good class tonight, but some trouble with the HR monitor. 5 activity points earned.

Friday April 26th- After 4 years I finally got out to check out Rollins Savannah. Bridget and I went and explored it, taking a nice walk around the area. Walked 3.59 miles in a little over an hour. It was gorgeous out but a bit windy. Enjoyed the weather and the view. 3 activity points earned.

Saturday April 27th- The only walking I did today was around Kohls and Goodwill. Did finally get outside to get some gardening done. 2 activity points earned.

Sunday April 28th- Justin and I went for a walk around the neighborhood to enjoy the beautiful weather. 2 activity points earned.

How did you workout this week?

A Hiking We Will Go

Well I am hoping to be this jolly when I go on my first hiking trip this Sunday.  We will be headed to Minnewaska State Park in NY for our hiking trip Sunday morning.  I will be going with my good friend Andrea, who is a bit better at the outdoorsy stuff than me.  I am super excited to go and try this out.  So I had to go out and repurchase snow pants (I returned the $40 ones from Bass Pro because I thought it was going to be 50 degrees out).  I managed to get a sweet deal on new pants at Kohls for $14, awesome.  So we'll be hiking it out for about 5 hours and guess what my #1 concern is... Where Do I Pee??
Nope I am not concerned with blisters, falling, tripping, animals, or bugs but yes peeing.  Because you see I always seem to have to pee and I have Never Ever Ever peed in the woods.  I figured I could go my whole life without having to do it.  So I was talking to my friend D at work about it and you know what she told me?  Oh I think you need to practice peeing in the woods... in the bathtub.  NO WAY!!  So we'll just have to see how Sunday goes.
