Even though the graph does not make it seem like it, this was a pretty intense workout week. I also had to go it almost most of the week as my fitness partner B was not feeling well. I am hoping she is back to her old self this week!
Monday April 8: Spinning with Tom, mostly speed this week which I love. Pretty intense! 6 Activity points earned.
Tuesday April 9th: 1 mile in 11:49, fastest yet. Tried the new boot camp class at the gym. Not sure how you gym does boot camp but it was a little gross laying on sweaty mats after people and wall sitting on a sweaty mirror. Probably will just wait until 7pm and do Zumba this week and skip boot camp. 8 Activity point earned.
Wednesday April 10th: Was mega sore from boot camp so Mary and I did aqua fit, unfortunately is was super boring and did not hold my attention at all. 45 minutes in I went to the hot tub to soak. 3 Activity points earned.
Thursday April 11th: Finally I rested :) We to Dick's with my friend and got some Gu, Gu blocks, sports beans, and some more Nuun. Loving the Nuun tablets!
Friday April 12th: Justin and I went to the gym after work. I ran 3.1 miles on the treadmill in 39:45, fastest time yet for a 5k. I also did my first mile in 11:45, shaving some more time off there. I need to not speed so much on the first mile though. Still pretty happy! Also the new Brooks felt great! 6 Activity points earned.
Saturday April 13th: Chores around the house, the library, grocery shopping, and Sweet Tomatoes for dinner!
Sunday April 14th: Justin and I went to the gym. I ran 1 mile in 11:58 then lifted weights for awhile. I went back and did another 1.5 miles on the treadmill, half running and half hills to build leg strength. 5 Activity points earned.
