I saw this on Simply Smithwick and though what a great idea!
Monday: I was not in the mood for spin class this week so I decided to get back on the tredmill and run. I did 2.15 miles in 33 minutes.
Tuesday: Nothing, we got a blizzard, shoveled the driveway
Wednesday: My fitness partner Bridget was working so I again tackled the treadmill. I did 4 miles in 57 minutes. I am pretty proud of that since I am not really a runner.
Thursday: Nothing, my body was punishing me from shoveling and running.
Friday: Played 2 games of pool, guess that is not a workout but was fun :)
